Osidoc – a simplified joint stock company with capital of €15,245, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 401 919 550, with its registered office located at 2, allée des Barbanniers, 92230, Gennevilliers (FRANCE) (hereinafter "Osidoc") provides a privacy policy that can be accessed from the legal notices orterms and conditions of use(hereinafter the "TCU") page of the website: http://www.osidoc.ai (hereinafter the "Site") with the aim of informing all (hereinafter "the User") about:

  • the purposes, terms and conditions under which Osidoc processes personal data that may be collected, recorded and used when accessing or browsing the Site;
  • the category of personal data concerned and its retention period;
  • recipients of personal data ;
  • the User's rights with regard to the processing of personal data;
  • Osidoc's obligations towards the User with regard to the processing of personal data.

This privacy policy complements the legal notice and should be read in conjunction with the GTC.

Data controller

Osidoc ensures the proper protection of the User's privacy as the Data Controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the "GDPR") and the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology (hereinafter the "Data Protection Act").

The data controller can be contacted either by mail at 2, rue allée des Barbanniers, 92230, Gennevilliers (FRANCE), or by email at hello@osidoc.com.

Data collection and processing

Osidoc collects personal data when :

  • the receipt of requests for information by the User sent by e-mail(hello@osidoc.com) or by post to the following address: 2, allée des Barbanniers, 92230, Gennevilliers (FRANCE) and upon receipt of information via the data collection form in the context of making an appointment for a "Demo" or via the contact form.

The data likely to be processed to achieve the purposes are: identity (surname, first names, telephone number (fixed and/or mobile) and e-mail address), data relating to the follow-up of the commercial relationship (test request, exchanges and comments from customers and prospects), family, economic and financial situation (profession, field of activity, socio-professional category):

  • to receive applications for recruitment purposes. The data likely to be processed for these purposes are: identification (surname, first names, photograph, civil status, date and place of birth, nationality, professional or personal details, passport references and type of driving license held by the applicant), monitoring of the applicant's career (date and conditions of recruitment, purpose and reasons for any changes made to his/her professional situation, employment desiderata) and training (diplomas, certificates and attestations, foreign languages spoken), as well as assessment of the applicant's aptitudes and skills;
  • receipt of a request to exercise rights. The data likely to be collected are: identity (surname, first names, e-mail addresses and telephone number). Family, economic and financial situation (profession, field of activity, socio-professional category).

Purposes of personal data processing

Osidoc processes personal data on the Site for the following purposes:

  • processing applications (CV and cover letter) and managing interviews;
  • processing requests made by the User following contact by post, e-mail or via the contact form;
  • carry out prospecting operations;
  • managing requests to exercise rights to the processing of personal data.

Legal basis for processing personal data

For each of the purposes of processing personal data, Osidoc implements its processing on the basis of one of the legal grounds provided for in Article 5 of the amended Data Protection Act and Article 6 of the RGPD.

The processing purposes are as follows:

  • For the "execution of pre-contractual measures" taken on the initiative of the applicant: the receipt and processing of applications (CV and covering letter) and the management of interviews.
  • For "legitimate interest": operations relating to prospecting and processing in response to a request made by the User following contact by post or e-mail or via the contact form.
  • To comply with a "legal obligation" to which Osidoc is subject: the management of requests to exercise rights to the processing of personal data.

Retention period of personal data

In accordance with article 4, 5° of the amended French Data Protection Act, Osidoc retains data in a form that allows identification of the person concerned for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. Thus, with regard to data for the following purposes:

  • applications are received (CV and covering letter) and interviews are managed with a retention period strictly necessary for the purpose;
  • processing in response to a request made by the User following contact by mail or e-mail or via the contact form, is carried out with a retention period that will not exceed three (3) years from the last contact.
  • Operations relating to canvassing are carried out with a retention period that will not exceed three (3) years from the last contact or collection of data by Osidoc ;
  • requests to exercise rights to personal data processing are managed with a retention period strictly necessary to process the request. If there is any doubt about the identity of the person concerned, proof of identity may be requested.

User rights

The User whose personal data is collected, recorded and processed by Osidoc, has a set of rights enabling him to control the data that concerns him. In accordance with the RGPD, the User has a right of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, limitation, portability and the right to determine the processing of data in the event of death.

To exercise these rights or for any request concerning the processing of personal data, Users are invited to send their request by email to:dpo@osidoc.com or by post to the following address: DPO Osidoc – 2, allée des Barbanniers, 92230, Gennevilliers (FRANCE).

The User also has the right to appeal to the CNIL or to the administrative or judicial courts. For more information on the right to an effective remedy, visit the CNIL website.

Safety measures

Osidoc takes all necessary precautions to protect the security of data during collection, processing, transmission and storage, and in particular to prevent it from being distorted or damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. Osidoc also takes all necessary measures to protect against any breach of confidentiality. However, the User must accept that the Internet is not a completely secure environment and the Site cannot guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of information on the Internet.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored by a server on a user's terminal (computer, telephone, etc.) and associated with a web domain (i.e. in most cases, with all the pages of a single website). This file is automatically sent back when the user contacts the same domain again.

Cookies have many uses: they can be used to memorize your customer ID with a merchant site, the current contents of your shopping cart, the language in which the web page is displayed, an identifier enabling your browsing to be tracked for statistical or advertising purposes, etc. Some of these uses are strictly necessary for the functions expressly requested by the user, or to establish communication, and are therefore exempt from consent. The Site does not use internal cookies. For the demo request form, the contact form or the Markess Blueprint transmission form, the Site uses cookies which are necessary for the operation of the Site and cannot be deactivated in our systems. They are generally set in response to actions that the User wishes to perform and that constitute a request for services, such as setting the User's privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms.

You can set your browser to block or notify you of these cookies, but some parts of the website may be affected. These cookies do not store any personally identifying information.

Modification of the privacy policy

Osidoc reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time and without notice in order to ensure compliance with applicable law.
