Osidoc (hereinafter referred to as "Osidoc") publishes and provides a website accessible at the following address: https://www.osidoc.ai (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").

Any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User") accessing and browsing the Site by any means whatsoever acknowledges and undertakes to comply unreservedly with the present general conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "GCU").

The Terms of Use govern the use of the Site. The version of these Terms of Use currently online is the only version that is enforceable throughout the User's use of the Site and until a new version replaces it. Osidoc reserves the right to modify the GCU without prior notice. The User is invited to consult the GCU regularly in order to remain up to date.

Site accessibility

Any User may access the Site free of charge. However, for the proper administration of the Site, Osidoc reserves the right :

  • suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site, without prior notice;
  • to delete any information that may disrupt the operation of the Site or contravene national or international laws. In the event that one of the clauses should become null and void due to a change in legislation, regulations or a court decision, this shall not render null and void the validity of and the commitment to respect the other clauses of the GCU;
  • suspend the Site in order to carry out updates;
  • suspend a User's access to the Site if the User behaves in a manner contrary to the GCU, without prejudice to any damages that Osidoc reserves the right to claim from the User.

Personal data

In accordance with Article 4 paragraph 1 of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the "GDPR"), personal data means any "information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person" (hereinafter the "data subject"). An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a name, an identification number or one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Data enabling Users to be identified are personal data that may be collected on the Site. These, are collected, used and recorded in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms and the provisions of the RGPD. 

For further information on the processing of personal data carried out in connection with access to and use of the Site's functionalities, and on the data subject's rights with regard to data processing, the User is invited to refer to our privacy policy policy.

Intellectual property

The Site and all content, whether text, images, logos, graphics, videos, photographs, page layout or any other distinctive element, are the property of Osidoc or of third parties who have granted Osidoc a right of use or distribution.

As such, it is protected by copyright and any other intellectual or industrial property rights recognized under current legislation.

This site and all its contents may only be used with prior authorization. Any modification, representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, other than for private use, is strictly forbidden. This prohibition applies regardless of the medium, reproduction, representation or modification process, and regardless of duration.

Liability

Notwithstanding the care taken in processing the information, Osidoc accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the information published on the Site. Osidoc cannot be held responsible for the interpretation of the information contained in the Site, nor for the consequences of its use.

The information on services and their characteristics correspond to a definition at the time of putting online or updating the various pages of the Site. It is provided for information purposes only and cannot be considered contractual. The elements presented on the Site are subject to change without notice and are made available without any express or implicit guarantee of any kind, and may not give rise to any right to compensation.

Osidoc cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, failure, difficulty or interruption of operation, preventing access to the site or any of its functions.

The equipment used by the User to connect to the Site is under the User's sole responsibility. The User must take all appropriate measures to protect his or her own equipment and data, in particular against Internet viruses.

Osidoc shall not be liable for any legal action taken against the User as a result of the use of the Site or any service accessible via the Internet, or as a result of non-compliance with the Privacy Policy. Osidoc is not responsible for any damage caused to the User, to third parties or to your equipment as a result of connecting to or using the Site.

Brand logos and hyperlinks

Any use whatsoever of the brand names and logos of this Site without the authorization of Osidoc is prohibited. Similarly, all hypertext links to this site are subject to prior authorization. Failing this, Osidoc declines all responsibility concerning these sites.

Osidoc is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or for any changes or updates made to such sites.

Applicable law

Failing amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the conclusion, interpretation, performance or termination of the GCU shall be expressly referred to the Commercial Court of Nanterre, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, including in summary proceedings, notwithstanding plurality of defendants in warranty appeals, emergency proceedings or conservatory proceedings, in summary proceedings or by petition.
